while continuing to serve our Central Oregon communities.


Effective immediately,
we have modified our work environment
to protect our team and our customers
while shopping in our showroom.

MASKS

 

While all staff will wear masks, customers are encouraged, but not required to wear masks, while visiting our showroom.

 

SANITIZERS

 

Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout our showroom.

 

ETIQUETTE

We request that all customers respect respiratory hygiene and cough etiquette (cover mouth and nose with a tissue and disposal of the tissue after use).

 

STAFF HEALTH

Employees are monitored for health and told to report any illness to management.

 

DISINFECTING

All surfaces, including counters and displays, will be disinfected at least three times per day. General cleaning schedules of all customer areas such as door handles, glass, and bathrooms will increase in frequency.

 

SOCIAL DISTANCING

We encourage all customers to respect six feet social distancing.

 

PATIENCE

We ask for patience as these procedures are new to staff and customers alike. Wait times may be longer than normal as we invest additional time to ensure human health, as well as acclimate our business to changes to volume and staffing requirements.
