I have been in to Redmond Spa, Stove & Spa a half dozen times over the last 5 years to either purchase materials or obtain information. Every time Marianne was the one that helped me. She always went out of her way to be helpful and answer technical questions(she is a wealth of information), related to stove insulation and safety, even though I was not always making a purchase. She really understands what customer service is all about and I highly recommend that anyone looking to purchase a stove and spa contact her.
