She always went out of her way to be helpful and answer technical questions(she is a wealth of information), related to stove insulation and safety, even though I was not always making a purchase. All we had to do is arrange for the inspection. She made sure we got the right stove for our home’s square footage and made sure it fit the space. We LOVE IT!
