I have been in to Redmond Spa, Stove & Spa a half dozen times over the last 5 years to either purchase materials or obtain information. Every time Marianne was the one that helped me. She always went out of her way to be helpful and answer technical questions(she is a wealth of information), related to stove insulation and safety, even though I was not always making a purchase. She really understands what customer service is all about and I highly recommend that anyone looking to purchase a stove and spa contact her.

We worked with Marianne to get our wood stove. We knew nothing about the process and she walked us through it with ease. She even applied for the permit for us. All we had to do is arrange for the inspection. She made sure we got the right stove for our home’s square footage and made sure it fit the space. We LOVE IT! It is a relief to know that we have a source of heat in case the power goes out. Plus, our electric bill is already 30% lower and it’s only October! The house is so cozy and warm now.
